In difficult conditions and despite significant financial constraints, femCoders has constantly provided technical support to individuals and associations that strengthen the capacity of women and children in ICT. Just recently, femCoders Initiative mentored a group of secondary school students who represented Team Benin at Washington DC for the FIRST Global Robotics Competiton 2017 where Benin emerged the 1st in Africa and 7th of 163 teams. femCoders contribute to the development of skill set of African women and children in ICT. The women she trains the the femCoders initiative are encouraged to put their skills to practice by training secondary school students in Robotics, Programming, 3D printing and design, etc...
